Quality Control
We offer fabric with complete quality assurance as at our company, we follow a set of processes that ensure that our production meets the required standards and specifications. We check the raw materials including fibre used, the yarn and others. We also give importance to weaving and knitting methods, dyeing and finishing process to ensure the overall durability and supreme quality of our fabrics. Our quality analysts inspect raw materials for the right length of fibre, strength, colour, consistent thickness etc. During post-production quality analysis, we check the finished products including their weight, thickness, colourfastness and overall appearance.
Our Infrastructure
We have a large infrastructure facility that includes a well-planned production facility, quality analysis department, storage facility and many other departments. Our production department is equipped with modern machinery to produce a wide spectrum of superior quality fabrics such as Georgette Print Fabric, All Over Rayon Schiffli Fabric, Rayon Schiffli Fabric, Polyester Black Berry Printed Fabric, etc. All these machines are regularly checked and updated in line with the production requirements.
